Scope of repair:

• Passenger Fender replaced with high quality reproduction.

• Right hand inner wheel fender repaired.

• Right hand middle rocker rust repaired. New high quality reproduction panel installed.

• 2K single stage paint in Pastel White (L90D). All Rust removed, media blasted, treated and repaired before epoxy primer.

• Trim restoration. All plastic and rubber cleaned in ultrasonic tank. Metal trim media blasted to remove all rust and painted in Steel-It paint.

• Lizard Skin Sound Insulation applied to all new body metal prior to installation. 3M Thinsulate installed to replace factory fibreglass insulation behind kitchen.

• Reproduction Westfalia Decals installed.

• Quentin’s Garage proprietary rust proofing cavity wax applied to all repaired areas.
